The Consort of Twelve takes your privacy seriously. We will only record data that is relevant to our communications with you and will only use your personal information to provide you with the services and information that you have requested from us. We will use your data for legitimate business interests in order to provide you with information about our concerts. This may include sending you information about other concerts of a similar nature. We will not share your information with anyone else.

Detailed Privacy Notice
We collect data from you when you buy a concert ticket, make a donation or communicate with us. We maintain a record of your address and email address.
We do not share your data with third parties.
Data is used to contact supporters and other potential ticket purchasers with details of future concerts and to contact musicians with details of rehearsal and performance timings, and to make payment of expenses and fees.
We are committed to providing clear and open information about how data is used and using data in accordance with the data subject’s reasonable expectations.
We actively guard against data breaches, storing data in an accountable and responsible manner. We will inform data subjects and the Information Commissioner’s Office of any breach should it occur.
You have the right at any time:
to request a copy of the data that the Consort of Twelve hold about you
to request that inaccuracies in that data be corrected
to request that we delete your data
lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office
